How to make a mouthwatering meat pie on a budget

Meat pie no doubt is one of the highest consumed snacks in the world, it’s very popular in the United Kingdom, United state, Nigeria, Australia and Ghana.
You can make it with any meat of your choice, It can be chicken, fish, beef and even pork meat. Yes, some people love pork meat pie. 

To make your own tasty meat pie at home you need the following ingredients:
3.Baking powder----3tbsp
4.Salt---to taste
Today I chose to make a chicken pie I will show you how to make yours and take it to the next level, I know you are wondering why chicken, I chose chicken because it's common and easy to make.
Here is how to make yours at home. 
 Step one:
1. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
2. Add and mix butter to blend with flour.
3. After mixing in your butter properly, you should add some few drops of water and mix it together, make sure the water is not too much, mix the paste until it's smooth enough, your dough is ready.

 Step two: 
You will need to prepare a filling. A filling is a slice of minced meat with
1. Carrot
4.Seasoning cubes
8.Vegetable oil
Mixed together to form this

How to prepare your filling.

1. Wash your chicken parts and put it in. Your pot.
2. Add curry, thyme, salt and seasoning cubes.
3.Parboil until it's soft enough to be minced. Take the chicken out and leave the water ( stock)
4.pick out all the bones from the chicken, leaving only the meat, that's what you will be using.
5. Mince the chicken meat and set it aside
6. Peel and wash your Irish potatoes, 
7. Slice it into tiny cubes to boil fast.
8. Pour  the sliced cubes into the stock and boil it for 25mins or less, if it requires more water add until it's cooked
9.Slice onions also into cubes.
10. Place a pot on fire and heat oil.
11. Pour your cooked Irish into the oil and fry for about 5minutes.
12. Add more spice as desired.
13. Add minced chicken and stir.
14. Add onions and stir for 1minute.
bring it down from the fire, your filling is ready for use.

How to make the pie

1. Hold your pastry (dough) together until firm. Do not overwork it.
2. Roll on a floured table and stamp out round.
3. Put filling on one side of the round pastry.
4. Bring the other side and cover, press edges with a fork making sure there is no linkage, and to make a beautiful design on it.
5.Place on a greased baking tray and brush top with beaten eggs.
6. Bake in a moderate oven until its golden brown. Yummy your meat pie.
