Nigerian legendary radio personality and a former judge of  Idols West Africa series, Dan Foster is dead, he died on Wednesday afternoon, his death is linked to complication from the deadly novel Coronavirus. Frank Edoho the host of Nigerian who wants to be a millionaire, confirming Dan's death on his Twitter account pays tribute to the legend. Dotun an on-air radio personality with cool Fm and a colleague to Dan Foster also paid tribute to him, "He saved me my job Such a story! he kept me regardless. look at me now. “The Big Dog” Dan Foster put it all in for me and us at Coolfm. What an OAP...The best morning show host till date in Nigeria. This is a big loss". He said.

Nigerian Senator and founder of the Silverbird group Ben Murray-Bruce said, " the death of Dan Foster saddens me. He was an excellent friend of mine and a veteran radio host bar none. May his soul rest in peace." 
Comedian Bovi said when he relocated to lagos in November 2003, Dan Foster was one of the reasons he didn’t run back home to Delta state. "I tuned into cool FM one morning and Dan made me love radio. Rip big dawg! I’m sad you left. But I’m happy your mark remains forever".

Before his death, Dan Foster was the biggest radio presenter and one of the richest OAP in Nigeria. Dan Had worked with several American radio stations including Mix 106.5, Cathy Hughes radio one, before relocating to Nigerian to join cool FM Radio, he was also a judge in the got talent franchise.
