How to make egg roll at home



Egg roll is one unique snack that both the old and young love to consume because of the egg in it and it is so delicious that a lot of people can not get their crave off it.

In today’s episode, I will teach you how to make the yummiest egg roll you have ever tasted, I bet your loved ones will bite their finger while eating your egg roll.
Without further ado, let's get started. 

Below are the list of ingredients you need to make your egg roll :
1.Flour....4cups
2.Butter...6tablespoons 
3.Nutmeg....2 teaspoons 
4.Baking powder...1 teaspoon
5.milk....1 cup
6.Whisked egg...1
7.Sugar....1 tablespoon
8.Salt.....1/2 teaspoon
9.Boiled egg....6
10.Vegetable oil.....enough to fry

Procedure on how to make egg roll

1. First, you will need to boil your eggs for 8 minutes then bring it down from the fire and allow it to get cold before taking off the shell.

2. Then Sieve your flour into a bowl, add in the following, sugar, butter, nutmeg, baking powder, when you are done mix everything together, gradually add warm water and knead to get a non-sticky soft dough cover 

3. Divide the soft dough into the portions that you want and place it on a smooth surface, knead each piece and wrap it around each boiled egg until it is well covered. Repeat the process for all your eggs

4. Place a pot on the fire and fill it with enough oil to fry your egg roll(deep frying).

5. When the oil is hot, drop each ball of your egg roll into the oil gently and reduce the heat to moderate it, fry for about 10 minutes.

6. Take it out of the oil and allow it to drain for a while, yes your yummy egg roll is ready to be served to your loved ones. Stay glued for another episode.
